A Valentine Blog Hop!
Have you been bitten by the love bug yet? If not, it won’t be long! Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and our Content Contributors have put together yet another smashing blog hop to inspire creations just in time for the day that celebrates love like no other.
Before we send you hopping along your way, we thought we’d share a quick, fun way to wrap some sweet little Valentines (shown above). Simply wrap them with your favorite scrapbook paper (we chose the Watercolor Love Paper Pack), then add some fun bling using trimmed decor from the sheet of decorative panels in the paper pack, or from the Watercolor Love Embellishments (complete with sparkly heart-shaped bling -yum!).
As you hop along the blogs today, soak up the sweet ideas. Then, pop on back here and leave us a comment on what Valentine’s projects you’ve got up your sleeve after the inspiration you find along the way. You could win this Watercolor Love Prize Pack, including the 12×12 Fuchsia Watercolor Album Cover, Watercolor Paper Pack and Watercolor Love Embellishments:
Here’s the order for the hop – you’ll start with Sarah and go on from there. Happy Hopping! <3

I loved Lisa’s combination of the Pink Valentine paper against the woodgrain paper. Quite inspiring! I also loved her small envelopes.
Loving Noreen Smith’s heart ideas:) I have 195 students I love giving Valentine’s:) I will be making hearts this weekend…
Thanks for all these fun ideas shared by your bloggers today! I think my favorite new idea is the heart pocket valentines shared by Noreen – super cute and fun!
Thanks for all these fun ideas shared by your bloggers today! I think my favorite new idea is the heart pocket valentines shared by Noreen – super cute and fun!
I absolutely love the page that had “Love you to pieces” with the puzzle pieces spelling out “pieces.” That was so creative and something I would never think of on my own! I also loved all the ideas on how to make your own valentines day cards. It’s such a nice way to show someone how much you really love them and care about them!
Great ideas. Love them all.
Love, love the new paper!!
I loved the card ideas. Many of my customers are making cards so these are some great ideas of how to use CM products for cards.
Oh my goodness….what awesome ideas! Absolutely loved the “Loveable” and “Love You 2 Pieces” borders by Candace (love using flowers for my borders on page layouts) as well as her embellishments (great way to jazz up page layouts); Diana’s idea for the “Engagement” album is definitely on my list (may even have to use the idea to do an album of all the wedding photos of family and friends), loved the filmstrip borders; Lisa’s “envelopes” are an embellishment I’ll definitely be incorporating; Noreen’s “Heart Pockets” will be great holders for the gift cards I send to all my nieces and nephews!
Thank you for all the great ideas. I can’t pick just one that I like the most. Love them all.
Will be trying some this weekend :) Again thank you!!
Loved all of the blog posts, but my favorite two were Julie’s pages and Lisa’s page with pockets. Such beautiful ideas. Good job, all of you blogger ladies!
Love those little square envelopes! Also liked the ‘Love You to Pieces” idea – I’ve Been thinking of using those puzzle prices in that way, but adding the hearts! Genius!
Love the borders that Candace made. We’re going to try those at my crop next week!
My daughter is getting married on Valentine’s Day. I see some of these ideas appearing in her wedding album. Thanks for the help, ladies!
I loved Lisa’s PS I Love You page layout!!!!
I will be making Valentine goodie boxes for several college students. This paper pack is so much fun!
I really enjoyed seeing everyone’s ideas. There were some great ones! I’m going to make card pockets for my album as I save the Valentine cards I receive. The paper is so beautiful and will be a great addition to those pages.
Wow! I “loved” every one of the ideas on the blog hop. My favorite was the bee critter! I love making critters!! Thank you all for the great ideas!!
Thank you for sharing your delightful creativity! I plan on making a card for my honey and appreciate the inspiration :)
I loved Julie’s candy hearts! They look so life-like!
I love Julie and Diana’s scrapbook pages – how they use the paper to compliment the photos! And I love the mini envelopes on Lisa’s page! Thanks for the ideas!
Really enjoyed this blog hop. I loved the idea on Candace’s page showing how to make “lips” from 2 sideways hearts. Great accent for any page. Also loved Lisa Graham’s paper envelopes, the perfect place to stash a love note. And the idea I liked best was Noreen’s “Favor Pockets”. Definitely going to make these for each of my guests at my upcoming retreat. My customers will love it!! Thanks!!
I’m always happy to see so many creative ideas. It gives me the “jump start” I need to create projects of my own. The “love you to pieces” idea was so clever; I always have people ask me for ideas for the puzzle maker, and this one will definitely be added to my list. Loved Fran’s ideas on using Valentine paper for all kinds of other occasions ~ who would have thunk it?? I also loved the idea of backing the pastel paper with bold colors in Lisa’s blog. Cutting funky shapes on the bottom also added a clever touch. My favorite of this series, however, has to be the incorporation of the film strip border maker in black with the pastel colors. Can’t wait to incorporate that into a card for my monthly card making workshop. Thank you to all of you ladies for your clever inspiration!!
Top many cute things! That first card was great and the bee was amazing if out of my league. I loved the envelopes too. Thank you for all the inspiration!!#
The Watercolor Love paper pack and embellishments are adorable on their own, but I absolutely enjoy all the fresh ways to look at and use our products. Thanks ladies for sharing your time and talents with us!
I really appreciate seeing how creative different people are with the same products! Thanks for sharing your ideas with the rest of us! Love blog hops….Keep them coming!!!!!
Thank you to everyone for sharing your clever ideas using the latest Watercolour Love Collection. I especially liked the album pages and the incorporation of other tools and material to complement this collection – loved the use of the filmstrip border punch, easy fold envelopes, easy application to many life events other than valentines. Great timing for this blog hop!
I love the new paper and card ideas.
So many wonderful ideas! Thank you, ladies! Would love to try them with winning the Valentine pak! So awesome. I am so glad CM is back and thrilled with the wonderful products they are offering. Better than ever!
I so enjoy seeing all the ideas from the contributors! I often say why didn’t I think of that? It is always so nice to see not just the new but the old tools, etc. pop up because it shows the tools , etc, created by Creative Memories are timeless. I have to say one of my favorite ideas on the blog hop today was the use of the Fall paper board design with the Watercolor Love paper pack..that really popped with the brown borders. Loved it all…I just love hopping!
Blog hops are so much fun! Loved seeing all the different ideas for the color packs. I think my favorite was the Valentines. Brought back memories of when I was a little girl in grade school.
These blog hops are the best. I love the thematic ideas as well as the ideas for using different tools, like Diana Brinsley’s use of the filmstrip border maker cartridge as a spanning element across two pages. Genius.
Love all these ideas.
I love cm. I’m so excited for the next virtual crop. I’m so happy your back. I am only a cm scrapper. Thank you

Love them all but especially the cake pops by Fran Smitherman
Love the cute little envelopes at are made with the shape maker.. thanks for sharing .. I guess I best get to making those valentine cards
Love, love, love all of the ideas!! My 3 favs were Lisa’s “boy” idea combining the watercolor love paper with the “wood” paper from the Fall in Pack, and Diana’s page with the film strip border, and Noreen’s heart pockets which I’ll be doing for my next crop! Thank You Ladies!!!
Loved the Candy Hearts double-page spread! It was simple, yet elegant. I really enjoyed the whole blog hop. Thanks!
I liked Lisa’s scrapbook page layout. I usually only make cards for my husband and daughter for Valentine’s Day. But the Watercolor Love paper would be beautiful in any project.
Love the new watercolor love set-very versatile. I especially liked the little mini envelopes in Lisa’s workshop and the use of the filmstrip border on D. Brinsley’s post. My biggest getaway retreat is this weekend, so I hope to get to some of those ideas as well as lots of pages in my son’s travel album. Thanks everyone for sharing your talent.
All of the blog posts had such great ideas! The one idea I know I absolutely want to re-create was Candace’s “love you to pieces” idea!! I love the puzzle piece punch and wished I was using it more. Fran’s cake pop idea was also extremely cute!
