I couldn't be more happier for my purchase of these dividers. I am using them in the Medium POD Tote Organizer Insert which I place inside the Medium POD Tote. Their size (measurements) is perfect. Even the tab height doesn't obstruct from zipping shot the Tote's lid. I like how sturdy they are (made from a lightweight plastic), and how you can make a sticker label which can be replaced.
