CM Group ships to all 50 U.S. states as well as Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands via UPS. Our CM system requires a physical shipping address at the time of order. You may include a PO box if it is accompanied by a physical shipping address. *See example below:

Shipping rates are based on the shippable item subtotal (digital artwork does not contribute to the subtotal to determine ship rates).

At checkout, you can choose from two delivery methods: Ground or 2-Day.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please note: If you order Photo Prints with other products, all items will ship together.

• Orders with Photo Prints: Please allow 3-5 business days of processing time.

Light Package Shipping Update

As you know, domestic and international shipping fees have been climbing for some time. We continue to hold our shipping fees steady by looking for savings opportunities. One saving opportunity we use is the UPS SurePost service. It transitions smaller packages from UPS to the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery.

• If you only order a package under 7 lbs., UPS will hand off this package to your local post office for final delivery, adding approximately one day of service.
• However, if you have other packages that would be delivered to your house that day via UPS, then UPS will deliver that small package as well.
