Create a soft overlay effect with the Vivid Melodies 2 Vellum Paper Pack – Dark Green & Navy. This semi-translucent paper layers beautifully over patterned backgrounds and mats, diffusing color just enough to create a smooth, frosted finish. Featuring five sheets in coordinating tonal patterns — designed to match our custom Dark Green and Navy Cardstock — it brings balance and softness to richly layered layouts.

For best results, use with the Vellum Tape Runner Refill (sold separately) to keep adhesive discreet beneath the translucent finish.
