paper from the lightning bolts paper to measure 1-3\/4? x 12?. Adhere along the right edge of the layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3: <\/strong>Cut a piece of paper to measure 1? x 12? from the geometric paper.&nbsp; Adhere along the right edge of the layout on top of the lightning bolts strip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4: <\/strong>Using the outside edge of the Jumbo Circle Custom Cutting System Pattern and the Blue Blade, cut a circle from metal plate paper. Without moving the Jumbo Circle Custom Cutting System Pattern, use the Red Blade on the inside edge to create a &#8220;ring.&#8221; Adhere the ring so that it slightly hangs off the left edge of the layout. measure: (2) 4? x 4? and (1) 5-1\/2? x 4?.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 9: <\/strong>Adhere matted photos to the layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
