gears paper to measure 11-1\/2? x 11-1\/2?.&nbsp;Adhere to the layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Cut a piece of motor vehicle collage paper to measure 11? x 8?. Adhere to the layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4: <\/strong>Adhere photos measuring: (2) 6? x 3-3\/4? and (2) 4-1\/2? x 3-3\/4?.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5: <\/strong>Using the outside edge of the Jumbo Circle Custom Cutting System Pattern and the Blue Blade, cut a circle from Black Solid Cardstock, then use the Red Blade to create a ring. Trim off a small section for the banner at the top of the layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 6: <\/strong>Cut six pieces from the checkers paper to measure 1-1\/2? x 2?.&nbsp;Gently fold the bottom edges\/points of the paper together, then cut with your scissors at a slight angle for the \u201cv\u201d.&nbsp;Adhere each of these \u201cflag\u201d pieces behind the Black Solid Cardstock ring, then adhere using Foam Squares.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 7: <\/strong>Adhere the embellishments to the layout using Foam Squares on some for added dimension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 8: <\/strong>Journal as desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Are you close to completing an album this month?
