Adhere to the base of the border.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3: <\/strong>Cut a piece of speckled paper to measure 12? x 2-3\/4?.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4: <\/strong>Punch 13 circles from orange watercolor paper using the Circle Punch.&nbsp; Adhere to the speckled strip.&nbsp; Use a scissors to cut off any excess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5: <\/strong>Punch 13 flowers using the Fresh Flower Punch with rain paper.&nbsp; Adhere to the middle of each circle.&nbsp; Cut off any excess with scissors. (Set the circle cutouts from the inside of the Fresh Flower Punch aside for the Springtime Memories border. Set the petal punchouts from the rain flowers aside to use on the \u201cLove\u201d card.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 6: <\/strong>Adhere the speckled strip to the border.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 7: <\/strong>Adhere stickers to the border using Foam Squares for the title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 8: <\/strong>Using the Fresh Flower Punch, punch flowers from canary plaid paper. Use the circle cutouts to adhere to the middle of the rain paper flowers.
