Noreen’s Tip: <\/strong>“Punching decorative frames from 12″ and 10″ squares and then layering them on the base page gives instant detail with little effort! Save a few of the punched-out pieces and adhere them back into the negative spaces for even more visual interest with no extra punching!”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
