Using the dot tips of the Silver and Gold Dot Tip Pens, dot between strips. Adhere the border about 1\/2\u201d from the right edge of the layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4<\/strong>: Cut a 4-1\/4\u201d x 6-1\/4\u201d mat with Canary Solid Cardstock. Mount a 4\u201d x 6\u201d photo on top and adhere to the border. Cut a 4\u201d x 5-1\/4\u201d mat with Canary Solid Cardstock. Mount a 3-3\/4\u201d x 5\u201d photo on top and adhere to the layout. Cut a 5-1\/4\u201d x 4\u201d mat with Black Shimmer Solid Cardstock. Mount a 5\u201d x 3-3\/4\u201d photo on top and adhere to the layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> Add embellishments. Using the ruler and the fine tip of the Silver Dot Tip Pen, draw journal lines at the bottom of the layout.
