x 11-3\/4&#8243; strip of large polka dots paper, scalloping one side with the 12-inch Trimmer and the Scallop Blade. Cut a 2&#8243; x 11-3\/4&#8243; strip of scallops paper. Cut a 1-1\/2&#8243; x 11-3\/4&#8243; strip of small polka dots paper, scalloping one side with the 12-inch Trimmer and the Scallop Blade. Adhere side by side to the left side of the layout as shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Cut an 11-3\/4&#8243; x 1&#8243; strip of tonal hydrangea blossoms paper, scalloping one side with the 12-inch Trimmer and the Scallop Blade. Adhere along the bottom of the layout, about 1-1\/4&#8243; from the edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Cut a 4-1\/2&#8243; x 6&#8243; piece of plaid paper. Cut a 4&#8243; x 5-1\/2&#8243; piece of White Solid Cardstock. Crop a photo to measure 3-3\/4&#8243; x 5-1\/4&#8243;. Layer and mount to the layout.
