Adhere along the bottom edge of the layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> Cut one photo to measure 4&#8243; x 4&#8243; and two to measure 6&#8243; x 4&#8243;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 6:<\/strong> Cut one mat from the Scarlet Cardstock to measure 4-1\/4&#8243; x 4-1\/4&#8243;, and two mats to measure 6-1\/4&#8243; x 4-1\/4&#8243;.&nbsp;Adhere photos to the mats and adhere to the layout as shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 7:<\/strong> Cut the light blue piece from the border\/card patterned paper that measures 4&#8243; x 3&#8243;.&nbsp;Using a scissors, gently fold one end, cutting at an angle to create the \u201cribbon.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 8:<\/strong> Using a sponge, dab the red pen on the sponge, then along the edges of the paper.&nbsp;Adhere the paper to the right side of the lower photo.
