Adhere it to the border, making sure the green scallops show from behind. Add the \u201cYou Me Us\u201d heart trio to the middle with Foam Squares. Trim it to measure 12&#8243; x 2-1\/4&#8243; and mount it on the base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Cut sections of striped paper to measure 12&#8243; x 2&#8243; and adhere them to the border. Switch back to the 12-inch Trimmer Straight Blade and cut a 5&#8243; x 3-3\/4&#8243; piece of heart patterned paper and mount it on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Adhere two heart embellishments to the card. Cut an arrow in half and tuck each end into the cuts in the scalloped heart, as shown.
