class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Using the Timeless Tweed Border Maker Cartridge, punch six borders that measure 4&#8243; from a variety of papers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Cut five pieces of paper to measure 4&#8243; x 1-1\/4&#8243; from a variety of papers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> Adhere the previous pieces to the large cream piece, rotating between a border and paper strip.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 6:<\/strong> Adhere 4&#8243; strips of border stickers on top of each piece of paper. Cut two photos to measure 3-1\/2&#8243; x 4&#8243;.
