layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Cut two 12&#8243; x 1-1\/4&#8243; strips of red stripe patterned paper and adhere them to the top and bottom of the layout. Adhere the ball border sticker along the edge of the top border. Adhere the fence and grass border stickers along the edge of the bottom border.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Crop a photo to measure 4&#8243; x 3-1\/2&#8243; and mat it with a 4-1\/4&#8243; x 3-3\/4&#8243; piece of Goldenrod Cardstock. Crop another photo to measure 4&#8243; x 3-1\/2&#8243; and one more to measure 3-1\/2&#8243; x 5&#8243;. Adhere all three photos to the layout, as shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Using the outside of the smaller Custom Cutting System Rectangle Pattern and the Red Blade, cut a rectangle with dog patterned paper. Cut 2-1\/2&#8243; off one side of the rectangle and 3&#8243; off the other side. Cut a 1&#8243; strip of red stripe patterned paper and punch a tag trimmed to measure 2-1\/2&#8243; long.
