the layout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Cut three photo mats from the White Cardstock to measure 6&#8243; x 4&#8243;.&nbsp; Adhere photos measuring 5-3\/4&#8243; x 3-3\/4&#8243; to the mats, overlapping the photos slightly, as shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Using the Dazzle Border Punch, punch an edge from the speckle patterned paper and trim it to measure 1-1\/2&#8243; wide.
