Adhere a circle border sticker underneath it so just the scallops show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Using the 12-inch Trimmer and the Scallop Blade, cut a 2-1\/4&#8243; x 12&#8243; strip of purple patterned paper. Adhere it to the base. Cut a 2&#8243; x 12&#8243; strip of winter floral patterned paper and adhere it to the border.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Punch a border with the Crystal Chain Border Maker Cartridge and purple, light blue and navy patterned papers. Adhere the purple and light blue patterned borders, just overlapping, to the middle of the border. Adhere the navy patterned border on top and in the middle of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Add small snowflakes, branch and vine stickers. Adhere it to the front of the card. Cut a 3-1\/2&#8243; x 4-1\/4&#8243; piece of winter floral patterned paper and adhere it to the middle of the card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Punch a border with the Crystal Chain Border Maker Cartridge and both light blue and purple patterned papers. Trim each to measure 4-1\/4&#8243; long and adhere them to either side of the winter floral patterned piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Top it with trees, heart, tape and \u201cLove You\u201d stickers, popping some up with Foam Squares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Will you try the winter scrapbook borders first?
