Punch one short end of each of those strips using the Dazzle Border Punch. Adhere the four longer strips side by side, in the middle of the layout. Adhere the three shorter strips on top of them, aligning at the top of the layout and overlapping, as shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Adhere one mat measuring 4-1\/2&#8243; x 6-1\/2&#8243; to the layout. Top it with one photo measuring 3-1\/2&#8243; x 5-1\/2&#8243; (round corners if desired). Cut two pieces from other mats measuring 4&#8243; x 3&#8243; and adhere them to the layout.
