Mount the half circle shapes as shown, tucking them just behind the middle of the border. Mount the \u201cWorld\u2019s Greatest\u201d sticker on top with Foam Squares. Tear off the top at an angle, as shown, and adhere it to the border.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3: <\/strong>Using the Gears Chain Border Maker Cartridge, punch one border each with the silver map patterned paper, tan patterned paper and black patterned paper.
