Add the ropes\/lifesaver laser-cut border on top, just overlapping. (Fill the lifesaver with a scrap of navy paper, if desired.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:\u00a0<\/strong>Trace the \u201cAdventure Awaits\u201d laser-cut border on White Cardstock. Cut out and adhere behind the border. Mount the border along the lower edge of the top navy strip, overlapping.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5:\u00a0<\/strong>Cut two 6-1\/4&#8243; x 4-1\/4&#8243; pieces of wavy blue patterned paper.
