Cut a 1-3\/4″ x 12″ strip of white polka dot patterned paper and adhere on top. Cut a 1\/4″ x 12″ strip of pink patterned paper and adhere behind the \u201cdots\u201d in the base.<\/p>\nStep 2:\u00a0<\/strong>Using the Lace Flower Chain Border Maker Cartridge, punch a border with yellow patterned paper.
