Cut the cloud patterned paper to measure 11&#8243; x 11&#8243; and adhere to the center of your base.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Cut a piece of Goldenrod Cardstock into a rectangle that measures 11&#8243; x 4&#8243;. Use the 2-Way Corner Rounder to round the corners and adhere it horizontally across the bottom of the layout, approximately 1-3\/4&#8243; from the bottom of the cloud patterned paper.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3: <\/strong>Cut two rectangles from the black patterned paper to measure 6-1\/4&#8243; x 4-1\/4&#8243;. Mat a photo on each of these mats using your Tape Runner. Adhere the matted photos at an angle 1-3\/4&#8243; from the bottom of the Goldenrod Cardstock for the first photo and 1&#8243; from the bottom of the Goldenrod Cardstock for the second matted photo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Mount one mat at the top of the layout, tucking it behind the photos as shown. Adhere a 4&#8243; x 6&#8243; photo above the matted photos at the top of the layout, tucking the bottom half of the photo behind the others.
