To create this layout, you will need:<\/p>\n

Step 1:\u00a0<\/strong>Use the multi-colored ombre patterned paper as the base for this layout.<\/p>\n Step 2:\u00a0<\/strong>Using the Scallop Border Punch, punch along two edges of the Platinum Shimmer Cardstock. Use a trimmer to cut both pieces to measure 12″ x 1-1\/2″. Adhere these pieces along the top and bottom edges of the layout.<\/p>\n Step 3:\u00a0<\/strong>Using the Scallop Border Punch, punch along two edges of the Eggplant Cardstock. Use a trimmer to cut both pieces to measure 12″ x 1-1\/4″. Adhere these pieces along the top and bottom edges of the layout, overlapping the Platinum Shimmer Cardstock slightly.<\/p>\n Step 4:\u00a0<\/strong>Cut two strips from the scalloped patterned paper to measure 12″ x \u00bd”. Adhere along the top and bottom edges of the layout.<\/p>\n Step 5:\u00a0<\/strong>Adhere your photos and a title mat onto the larger mats as shown. Then, adhere to the layout.<\/p>\n Step 6:\u00a0<\/strong>Cut a piece from the lavender patterned paper to measure 4-1\/2″ x 1-1\/2″. Adhere just below the photo on the left side of the layout. Journal using a Black Dual-Tip Pen.<\/p>\n Step 7:\u00a0<\/strong>Adhere stickers and embellishments to the layout, using Foam Squares on some for added dimension.<\/p>\n So many girls grow up wishing that they could be part of that world, and although the new Mermaid Cove collection won’t help you grow gills, it will make you feel like you’re living an enchanting life under the sea.
