Next, cut two pieces of the holly patterned paper to measure 12&#8243; x 1\/4&#8243; and adhere them below the star pieces on both pages. Use your All-Purpose Scissors to trim the edges since the frames are smaller than 4&#8243; x 6&#8243;. Adhere the one matted photo on page one in the center of the green mat. Adhere a 4&#8243; x 6&#8243; photo to the blue mat on page two leaving a 1\/2&#8243; border at the top of the photo. Next, cut the cream star patterned paper to measure 4&#8243; x 2&#8243; and gently tear the bottom horizontally and adhere it below the photo on page two. Adhere the second matted photo next to the photo on page two to line up across the bottom of the photo mat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> Select the star laser cut border and cut two pieces from the strip to measure 4\u201d x 1\/2\u201d.
