Adhere directly above the yellow border piece.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5:\u00a0<\/strong>Cut two more pieces with foil patterned paper to measure 5&#8243; x 9&#8243; and 8&#8243; x 6&#8243;. Adhere one piece horizontally and one piece vertically to the base of the layout as shown.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 6:\u00a0<\/strong>For the photo mats, cut two pieces of red patterned paper to measure 4-1\/2&#8243; x 4-1\/2&#8243; and the other piece to measure 6-1\/2&#8243; x 4-1\/2&#8243;. Photo sizes will be (1) 4&#8243; x 4&#8243; and (1) 6&#8243; x 4&#8243;.
