Adhere this piece to the center of the base.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3: <\/strong>Cut a piece of White Cardstock to measure 12&#8243; x 5-1\/2&#8243;. Then, cut various pieces of designer paper with the Decorative Trimmer. Adhere with Repositionable Adhesive to the White Cardstock by layering each piece on top of each other. The layout shown has 9 wave strips. Trim this piece down to 11&#8243; wide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong>\u00a0Cut 2 pieces of dark blue patterned paper to measure 4-1\/2&#8243; x 4-1\/2&#8243; for the photos mats. Then, adhere your 4&#8243; x 4&#8243; photos to the mats and to the layout. Note: We added one of our photos under the waves and the other within the waves.
