Adhere to the White Cardstock using the Repositionable Adhesive on the ends only. Cover the White Cardstock with the blue strips.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:\u00a0<\/strong>Using a 12&#8243; x 12&#8243; piece of patterned paper, cut a 3\/4&#8243; frame using a 12-inch Trimmer. Adhere to the top of the layout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:\u00a0<\/strong>Cut one piece measuring 6-1\/4&#8243; x 4-1\/4&#8243;, and two pieces measuring 4-1\/4&#8243; x 3-1\/4&#8243; from the White Cardstock.
