Cut Black Cardstock to 11 1\/4&#8243; x 9 1\/4&#8243; and mat 11&#8243; x 9&#8243; Designer Paper. \u00a0Trim a piece of leftover Black Cardstock to 7&#8243; x 3\/8&#8243;.<\/p>\n<p>3.
