x 11&#8243;.<\/p>\n<p>Step 3: \u00a0Cut a piece of yellow paper to measure 10-1\/2&#8243; x 10-1\/2&#8243;.<\/p>\n<p>Step 4: \u00a0Cut a border from the border strip paper. \u00a0Cut a strip from the purple paper to measure 12&#8243; x 1&#8243;.<\/p>\n<p>Step 5: \u00a0Cut two green photo mats to measure 4-1\/2&#8243; x 6-1\/2&#8243;, and two plum mats to measure 4-1\/4&#8243; x 6-1\/4&#8243;.<\/p>\n<p>Step 6: \u00a0Layer all pieces together as shown.<\/p>\n<p>Step 7: \u00a0Create flowers using the Custom Cutting System as shown on the video.<\/p>\n<p>Step 8: \u00a0Cut a piece of the purple paper to measure 5-1\/2&#8243; x 2&#8243;. \u00a0Round two corners. \u00a0Adhere to upper right edge of the layout.<\/p>\n<p>Step 9: \u00a0Add stickers, and embellishments.<\/p>\n<p>Step 10: \u00a0Use brown pen to draw faux &#8220;stitches&#8221;
