Cut a 12&#8243; x 1-3\/4&#8243; strip from the green crosshatch designer paper and adhere it onto the base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Using the Decorative Waves BMC, punch a border from the orange x-dash designer paper, but omit punching the second and third \u201cstops\u201d. Trim the border out to 12&#8243; x 1&#8243; and cut off the \u201ctails\u201d that remain at the top. Repeat with the sketch grid designer paper and fresh mint tile tonal paper. Layer the borders and adhere them to the base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Adhere stickers, popping some up with foam squares for added
