wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Cut a 1&#8243; wide hollow frame by gutting a piece of the navy plaid designer paper. Cut the snowflake designer paper to measure 11-1\/2&#8243; x 11-1\/2&#8243; and adhere it centered within the hollow frame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Cut the green forest pearlized paper to 10&#8243; x 5-1\/4&#8243; and adhere it to the right side of the layout, approximately 3-1\/2&#8243; down from the top edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Cut two 4&#8243; x 5-3\/4&#8243; photo mats from the navy pearlized paper. Crop two photos to 3-3\/4&#8243; x 5-1\/2&#8243; and adhere them to the mats.&nbsp;Position and adhere the matted photos to the layout as shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Adhere the mountain stickers in place as shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> Use the Penguin Border Punch to create a border from the navy pearlized paper. Trim the border into two sections\u2014one with seven penguins and one with three.&nbsp;Adhere the pieces along the bottom edges of the mountain stickers.&nbsp;Punch another border from the Bright White Solid Cardstock.&nbsp;Adhere the white penguin flippers to the navy borders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 6:<\/strong> Trim and adhere the border sticker directly beneath the penguin border.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 7:<\/strong> Use Foam Squares to adhere the penguin and snowflake stickers as shown.&nbsp;Add two small title stickers on either side of the top snowflake sticker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 8:<\/strong> Cut a 4&#8243; x 3\/8&#8243; strip from the Bright White Solid Cardstock.&nbsp;Use a Navy Dual-Tip Pen to add journaling and adhere it below the left photo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">From crisp colors to cute penguins, this design is a refreshing way to showcase winter memories.
