4:<\/strong> Rotate between the two along the top of the layout, then place one foiled strip along the bottom edge of the layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> Adhere arcs border stickers along the top of the brown strips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 6:<\/strong> Cut photo mats from the brown patterned designer paper to measure: (1) 4-1\/2&#8243; x 6-1\/2&#8243; and (2) 3-1\/2&#8243; x 3-1\/2&#8243;. Adhere to the layout. Adhere photos that measure 4&#8243; x 6&#8243; and (2) 3&#8243; x 3&#8243;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 7:<\/strong> Using the aqua designer paper cut a photo mat to measure 6-1\/2&#8243; x 4-1\/2&#8243;. Adhere to the layout.
