class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Using a piece of designer paper, cut two strips that measure 12? x 3\/4? and 12? x 1\/2?. Adhere to the edges of the layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Using a contrasting piece of paper, cut two strips that measure 12? x 1\/4?. Adhere one strip along the edge of the 3\/4? strip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Cut a piece of double-sided designer paper to measure 6? x 12?. Cut into 2? segments. Adhere next to the 3\/4? strip, alternating front and back sides of the paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> Adhere one of the 1\/4? strips along the edge of the 2? segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 6:<\/strong> Using the CCS Jumbo Circle Pattern, cut a portion of a circle by placing the desired paper along the 6? vertical line on the CCS Mat. Place your ruler along the 1? vertical line from the left edge and align the Jumbo Circle pattern along the ruler\u2019s edge. Cut on the inside with the red blade. (See photo.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 7:<\/strong> Adhere the portion of the circle along the edge of the 1\/4? strip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 8:<\/strong> Cut photo mats from designer paper to measure one at 6-1\/2? x 4-1\/2? and two at 4-1\/4? x 4-1\/4?. Adhere to the layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 9:<\/strong> Cut a double mat from the same pattern as the circle piece to measure 6-1\/4? x 4-1\/4?.
