Adhere to the base 1\/2? from all edges.\u00a0If desired, draw a doodling line around inside edges of Bright White piece.\u00a0Draw three black dots at the top left and bottom right of the page on the doodling line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong>&nbsp;Cut a red and white stripe piece from the border paper.&nbsp;Adhere 1? from the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5:<\/strong>&nbsp;Cut a piece plaid designer paper to 12? x 2-1\/2?.&nbsp;Adhere directly above the red and white striped border.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 6:<\/strong>&nbsp;Cut a white star piece from the border paper.&nbsp;Adhere 1-3\/4? from the bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 7<\/strong>:\u00a0Place the large firework embellishment 1\u201d from the top and 3\/4? from the left edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 8:<\/strong>\u00a0Cut two 6-1\/4? x 4-1\/4? pieces of Cranberry Cardstock and two 6-1\/2? x 4-1\/2? pieces of Blue cardstock.\u00a0Layer the Cranberry on top of the Blue.\u00a0Place the lower photo mat 1-1\/4? from the bottom and 1? from the right edge.\u00a0Follow with upper photo mat, leaving 1\/8? between photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 9:<\/strong> Place the \u201cProud to be an American\u201d sticker in the center of the large firework popped up with Foam Squares, at about 3-1\/3? from the top and 1-1\/4? from the left edge and overlapping the photo slightly.\u00a0Tuck the flag heart sticker above the word \u201cto.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 10:<\/strong> Cut two pieces of Bright White Cardstock at 4? x 1\/4? for journaling strips, and adhere at the left edge of the bottom photo about 2-1\/2? from the bottom. Place the \u201cFireworks &amp; Freedom\u201d sticker above the journaling strips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 11:<\/strong>\u00a0Place the \u201cIndependence Never Looked So Groovy\u201d sticker popped up on Foam Squares at the bottom right of the lower photo.\u00a0Add the red cup and flower sticker as shown.
