of waves paper to measure 12\u201d x 6-1\/2\u201d.\u00a0Adhere to the lower portion of the layout.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Cut two strips of geo-tropical leaves paper to measure \u00be\u201d x 5-1\/2\u201d. Adhere along the outside edges of the cardstock.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Cut two strips of geo sunshine paper to measure \u00be\u201d x 6-1\/2\u201d. Adhere to the outside edges of the waves paper.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> Using tropical leaves paper cut two photo mats that measure (1) 3-3\/4\u201d x 5-3\/4\u201d and (1) 5-3\/4\u201d x 3-3\/4\u201d.\u00a0Adhere to the waves paper on the bottom portion of the layout.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> Adhere photos that measure (1) 3-1\/2\u201d x 5-1\/2\u201d and (1) 5-1\/2\u201d x 3-1\/2\u201d.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 6:<\/strong> Create surfboards by folding a piece of paper with a minimum of 2\u201d in width when folded. Place the folded edge along the 6\u201d vertical line on the 13\u201d Mat. Then use the 4\u201d x 6\u201d Oval from the Oval Custom Cutting System Patterns with the Red Blade. Place the feet of the oval on the second set of grids to the right of the 6\u201d vertical line. Then cut on the outside edge with the Red Blade. Open up and decorate each board with strips of paper, chevrons or stickers.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 7:<\/strong> Adhere the surfboards to the layout, popping every other one up on Foam Squares or Foam Tape.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 8:<\/strong> Layer and adhere the bubbles and fish sticker borders to the layout over the base of the boards.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 9:<\/strong> Adhere Write On! Stickers to the layout for journaling. Journal as desired.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 10:<\/strong> Adhere additional stickers, using Foam Squares on some for added dimension.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Are you close to completing an album this month?
