Cut two 12\u201d x 1\/4&#8243; strips with blue dots paper. Adhere one 1\/4&#8243; from the top edge and the other 1\/4&#8243; from the bottom edge of the base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Using the inside of the jumbo circle pattern and the red blade, cut a circle with broken ice designer paper, about 1\/2&#8243; from the top and right edges of the paper. (Save the circle for another use.) Trim the broken ice paper to 12\u201d x 11\u201d and adhere on the layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Cut a 12\u201d x 3-1\/2\u201d strip with red plaid paper and adhere it just above the blue dots strip on the bottom of the layout. Crop three photos to 3\u201d x 3\u201d. Adhere on the plaid strip along with a 3\u201d x 3\u201d piece of blue flurry paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4: <\/strong>Trim two large variety mats to 4\u201d x 6\u201d. Crop two photos to 3-1\/2\u201d x 5-1\/2\u201d and adhere on the mats. Mount both over the \u201chole\u201d as shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5: <\/strong>Adhere embellishments, popping some up with foam squares for dimension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 6: <\/strong>Cut 3\u201d segments of Write On!
