class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 8: <\/strong>Cut a piece of light blue swirls paper to measure 4-1\/4\u201d x 4-1\/4\u201d.\u00a0Adhere to the top of the previous paper.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 9:<\/strong> Adhere any other embellishments or stickers to the layout as desired, using Foam Squares on some for added dimension.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
