Rewards Club Terms & Conditions

Membership terms are one year from the date of purchase. Renewals or automatic renewals within a current term extend the existing expiration date by one year. When an expired membership is renewed, the new term begins on the date of renewal and expires one year from the renewal date (at 11:59 p.m. CT). A membership may be renewed beginning 30 days from the expiration date.

A Creative Memories Rewards Club member cannot be an active Creative Memories Consultant. Rewards Club members who choose to become a Creative Memories Consultant should email rewardsclub@creativememories.com. Upon approval and acceptance of the Consultant Agreement, Creative Memories will expire the Club membership and apply a $25 product certificate to the new Consultant’s Creative Memories Consultant account.

Account holders must be 18 years or older and will be required to provide personal contact information when creating a Rewards Club account. All contact information provided must be complete and accurate. From time to time Creative Memories may need to access Rewards Club member accounts for maintenance purposes, to enhance Creative Memories Sites Services, or to comply with a legal request.

Club credit is earned on the net retail amount of orders placed on Consultant websites and creativememories.com(.ca). (Net retail is calculated by subtracting any discounts such as Club credit and Host rewards from the total retail amount.) Club credit earned on current order can only be redeemed on a future order. Club credit is only applied to the retail amount of an order. Club credit cannot be applied to renewal fees, shipping and handling, or tax. Rewards Club members are responsible for the tax and shipping and handling on the Club credit amount. Orders that are eligible for other bulk discounts are not eligible for Club credit. The Rewards Club membership must be active to redeem Club credit. If your Club membership expires, the Club credit will be forfeited. You will not be reimbursed retroactively for purchases made while your membership is expired.

You have the right to cancel your Creative Memories Rewards Club membership at any time. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Creative Memories reserves the right to reissue Club credit for credit redeemed on product returned.

Creative Memories reserves the right to make changes to the Terms & Conditions. Any modifications to the Terms & Conditions will apply to you if you continue to use the Creative Memories sites or Rewards Club benefits after changes are adopted. Failure to adhere to the Terms & Conditions or any fraudulent use of a Rewards Club account may result in termination of the Creative Memories Rewards Club membership, which will result in the loss of all Rewards Club benefits, including but not limited to the enrollment fee and all Club credits.
